Is there a preferred location to install an AirCare unit?
The AirCare can be wall or ceiling mounted. The ideal height being 2 – 2.5 m, as close to the odour source as possible and keep away from outgoing air vents as this will remove the valuable Photoplasma™ produced.
What size room can AirCare be used in?
Air Care has 3 different models, making each one suitable for different room sizes. The suitability is determined by various factors, such as the BSG Photoplasma™ output, airflow, number of odour sources, and more. Minimum room size (no ventilation) varies from 42m2, 66m2 and 147m2.
How do I know if the AirCare unit is working properly?
When operating the unit has a blue light which displays front center around the lock, furthermore if the odour is significantly reduced and/or removed entirely, the unit is working correctly. If the light is displayed and odours are not significantly reduced please reconsult sizing guidelines.
Will the AirCare unit remove a fragrance?
As the Photoplasma™ technology is designed to remove odours, all fragrances will be affected. However, by placing the fragrance and Air Care unit in the recommended positions, the desired outcome can be achieved.
Washroom example:– if the fragrance is positioned at the entrance of a washroom, a user will experience the fragrance when entering and exiting. With the Air Care unit positioned above the odour source such as the toilets or urinals, the user will experience the fresh odour-free ambiance in this immediate area.

Can the PuriZone series be wall mounted?
Yes! There are holes in the back of the unit for mounting.
Can the PuriZone be used in a permanently occupied space?
Yes, as the unit has various settings and can be switched on and off, usage of the device is fully controlled by the user. In addition, the levels of Ozone produced by the lamp are below the specified EU Regulations (Article EH40: Workplace Exposure Limits).

Where can MobiZone be used?
The Mobizone is well suited to motor vehicles, hotels, accommodation and around the home. Due to its compact size, the unit is easily used in any space.
When will the unit turn on?
When the Mobizone is used in a vehicle such as a car, the Mobizone should only be operational when the ignition is turned on. If a plug adaptor is used, the Mobizone will operate as long as the power source is turned on.
What size space can the MobiZone unit be used in?
The suitability of the Mobizone for different sizes of spaces is determined by various factors, such as the lamp size, airflow, number of odour sources, and more. Size space from 2 - 3m2.
How do I know if the unit is on?
The Mobizone unit is designed to be extremely quiet. The fan can be heard if the user listens very carefully, which indicates the unit is running. The Photoplasma™ lamp is not visible as it is encased for user safety.When in use, the user will be able to smell the faint Photoplasma™, a refreshing clean smell which will also indicate the Mobizone is working correctly.
