What Is Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing?
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing measures the health and comfort of the air you breathe indoors.
It helps identify invisible pollutants such as fine particles, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and carbon dioxide levels that can affect productivity, concentration, and wellbeing.
At FJ SafeSpace, every assessment follows our SAFE-AIR Protocol™: Survey, Analyze, Fix, Educate, a structured process designed to identify air risks, correct them, and verify results.
Our assessments use the uHoo Aura, a Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) certified under the SGBC scheme and RESET Air Accredited Grade B monitor.
The uHoo Aura captures a comprehensive range of indoor environmental indicators in real time, including CO₂, particulate matter, TVOCs, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, temperature and relative humidity.

How We Assess Your Indoor Air Quality
Every indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment by FJ SafeSpace follows our SAFE-AIR Protocol™:

A structured 60-minute process that measures your indoor air quality, explains what the readings mean, and identifies whether anything needs closer investigation. Used across preschools, clinics, offices and industrial facilities in Singapore.
Step 1. Book Your IAQ Assessment
Choose a date and time that suits your operations. Book online, or reach us by WhatsApp or email. Your 60-minute indoor air quality assessment covers one selected area.
Step 2. Survey Your Space
On arrival we walk the area with you and note what shapes your air: occupancy levels, ventilation, air-conditioning and possible pollutant sources such as printers, cleaning products or new furnishings.
Step 3. Monitor for 60 Minutes
We place the uHoo Aura™, a RESET Air accredited monitor, at a representative location. It captures indoor air quality data continuously, including CO₂, particulate matter, TVOCs, formaldehyde, temperature and relative humidity.
Step 4. Analyse the Findings
We examine your readings, the patterns across the hour, and any unusual conditions, referencing recognised indoor air quality guidelines where applicable.
Step 5. Explain What We Found
Before we leave, we talk you through the important observations in plain English: what your readings mean for the people using the space, and whether anything warrants a closer look.
